Everything you need to know about our classes, memberships, recovery facilities, and training policies.
Classes & Training
Do I need prior experience to join group classes?
Not at all! All of our group circuits—including Strength & Conditioning, Women's Only, and Boxing Conditioning—are scaled to your current fitness level. Coach B provides active coaching on technique, loading, and movement modifications during every session.
What should I bring to Boxing Conditioning?
For safety and personal hygiene, all participants are required to bring their own boxing gloves and hand wraps to class. We recommend 12oz to 16oz gloves depending on your size.
How many people are in each small group session?
We strictly cap class capacity to preserve high-quality, hands-on coaching observation and ensure everyone has dedicated floor and equipment space on the turf.
Memberships & Access
Are group classes included with a 24/7 facility membership?
Yes! All-Access 24/7 Facility Members receive free access to our group class schedule, as well as full usage of our cold plunge, infrared sauna, and compression lounge. Non-members can drop in for single sessions at $35.
How does 24/7 facility access work?
Active facility members are issued digital keycode access to enter the gym outside of regular class hours. This allows you to train, execute custom programs, or utilize the recovery suite on your own schedule.
Can I book 1-on-1 private training without a full gym membership?
Yes! You can book 1-on-1 personal training packages or single private sessions directly without needing a separate monthly membership contract.
Recovery Suite
How do I schedule cupping therapy or bodywork?
Cupping therapy and myofascial decompression sessions are booked directly with Coach B. You can text us directly at (530) 218-8264 to set up a targeted bodywork appointment.
What should I wear or bring for contrast recovery (sauna & plunge)?
Please bring clean athletic wear, swimwear, and a personal towel. We recommend staying well-hydrated before and after your contrast session.
