1-on-1 Training
Training Programs designed specifically for you and your needs along with 1-on-1 instructing from one of our coaches!
Speed Training
After evaluating your mechanics, we will develop a plan to improve your running technique with drills and create a strength training program to help improve speed! We use GPS technology to measure MPH and more.
Recovery Session
Help your body recover and prepare for your next race, game or event with additional recovery treatments. You can choose Cupping, Scrapping Compression, Hands on stretching or Stem.

👋 Meet Coach B!
Brandon or Coach B, was a former sprinter and multi sport athlete in High School. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise Science. He has been training for 8 years focusing on speed, strength and power, and mobility.
Brandon is the Strength and Conditioning Coach for local Pro Basketball team Chula Vista Suns. He’s worked with various other college and pro athletes in numerous sports.
By determining the your individual needs with movement assessments and developing a plan, he will help you achieve your performance goals. Regardless of your age, current fitness levels, injury history or goals, Brandon can help you get there!

Our memberships are different from other gyms. We offer guided training programs and group classes in the morning. Our guided training programs are designed to improve strength, mobility, stability, balance and endurance. This takes the guesswork out of your training program! Our experienced coaches will help guide you through the workout, ensuring you are performing exercises correctly and safely.
