PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY CENTER
The goal of Coach B SD Performance & Recovery is to help improve all components of the athlete. We focus on Speed, Agility & Coordination, Strength & Explosiveness along with Balance & Mobility. Our training style is designed to help everyone, from athletes to average Joes and everyone in between.
To optimize performance, we also focus on muscle recovery. We use hands on stretching, cupping and other therapies. The goal of the modalities is to reduce muscle soreness and tension as well as increase blood flow and energy levels.
We offer 1 on 1 training, online programming and Monthly Memberships. Our Monthly Memberships includes guided training programs designed by our Performance Specialists. One of our trainers will walk you through our programs designed to improve your performance on the field and/or in your day to day life.
