The Boxing Class at Coach B SD Performance & Recovery Center in San Diego, CA includes a 45-minute boxing class followed by a 15-minute cool-down. The class is a high-intensity boxing class that incorporates coordination and focus for your mind and body. This class will focus on strong fundamentals of boxing skills using footwork, body movement, offense, and defensive movements while using focus mitt work. Gloves are required for this class! All levels welcome.
